I have been involved in many industries, and have held many positions. Regardless my title or location, I have always been an out-of-the-box problem solver. This is not to say that I always have the answers, but the answers that I don't have I can always find. When I was 8 years old, my grandfather taught me how to play chess. We played together for next 5 years, and in that time I learned how to look at things tactically and strategically, creatively and analytically. Every problem, every challenge, comes with the solution built into it, whether it be professional, personal, business, family, relationships, or some combination. The key is learning to see things from multiple perspectives and to keep looking until you see the solution. Once that is accomplished, the course of action becomes much clearer, though perhaps not any easier.

Helping others to get past the looming challenge is what I do best. Sometimes, it only takes a 15 minute conversation to locate the problem; sometimes a bit longer. In the end, you end up with an action plan that resolves the issues and moves you, or your business, forward.
